WARM UP!
Light running, rope jumps, light stretching (5-10min)
1. Wide plank | 30 sec hold | 2 min rest | 3 sets
2. 21 Bicep Curls 3 sets | 3 min rest (medium fatigue)
3. Archer Pull-ups (Australian) 5 reps (each hand) | 3 sets | 3 min rest
