Canada-US border news brings travel hope, but what are the risks?

The U.S. plans to open all its land and ferry borders to Canadians who have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, more than a year and a half after closing them. As Sean O’Shea reports, for the first time in more than a year and a half, border communities are hopeful that the return of tourism will help their troubling economies. But just because you can travel, doesn’t mean you should. As David Akin explains, Canadians are being cautioned to follow COVID-19 safety protocols if they plan to travel south soon.
