Severe Flooding Hits New York City Subway Stations
New York Governor Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency as New York is being inundated by constant rain that’s led to flash floods and warnings in some areas that residents need to move to higher ground. As many as 23 million people are now under a flood watch. The severe flooding is also wreaking havoc at several New York City subway stations. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
