WTF MODS: Skyrim Trains

Alright, a buddy of mine came over to my house and apparently installed this mod without me knowing about it. He kept insisting me to play Skyrim and record my reaction. BUT I DIDN’T KNOW I WOULD GET THIS BULLSHIT.
