☀️Do this EVERY MORNING (Part 1)

Starting a new series family! This one will focus on stretching sequences you can do as soon as you wake. Truth is… You could also do them before going to bed. The point of this sequences is to invite you to move and feel your end ranges in the anterior and posterior part of the body. Notes: ~ Be gentle on the 1st round. Don’t go to your max. stretch range. Don’t rush it. You’ll open up by the 2nd-3rd round. ~ Aim to fully inhale and exhale x2 when holding a position. ~ Don’t think of this as a workout to be checked off your list. This is a time for you to mindfully connect with yourself, and start the day being present. Think about your duties later. 👣 Hoping this inspire you to ge the day started more present and grounded.
