INGREDIENTS for 23 cm pie dish:
for the bottom:
▪️ 2-3 oranges
▪️ 15g softened butter
▪️ 20g 10g sugar
for the batter:
▪️ 180g all-purpose flour
▪️ 60g almond flour
▪️ 8g baking powder
▪️ 1g salt
▪️ 180g sour cream (I use 20%)
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ zest of 1 orange
▪️ 50ml orange juice
▪️ 35g melted butter
▪️ 1 tsp almond extract
▪️ 130g sugar
🔴 BAKE 45-50 min at 350℉ / 175℃
for the syrup:
▪️ 75ml orange juice
▪️ 15g sugar
