Finland’s secret formula to happiness

Finland has been the happiest country for the 5th time in a row! What do Finnish people know that others don’t? In this video I took a closer look at happiness. What is happiness? And how do we define it? In the end, happiness is subjective. There’s no ultimate/set way to determine a country’s happiness. But I do think the “content-ness“ of the Finns plays a big part in happiness in general. I try to take as many images/videos from Pexels and Pixabay, which fall under the CC0 License.
