In December 1984, American TV producer Jaime Shandera received a 35mm film in the mail. Once developed, it revealed 8 pages of a document describing an underground organization that was created in 1947, to deal with all information relating to UFOs. Supposedly, for more than 50 years, this ultra-secret organization was part of a vast worldwide conspiracy designed to conceal the truth about visits by extraterrestrials.
