DIY Wooden Coaster Sets

In this video, I show you how I made two DIY wooden coaster sets for a friend. I was at a party one evening and he showed me a set of coasters that the host had, and he asked me if I could make him a similar set, but a little bit larger. The set that he showed me was a set of square coasters made from bamboo. I told him that it would be easier to make a round set rather than gluing up a lot of small pieces to form a square, so he was expecting me to make set of round coasters. I surprised him by making a round set and also a square set. The square set is made from some leftover strips of cherry that I already had cut up. The round set is made from walnut and cherry so that the coasters can be stacked with alternating colors. Thank you for subscribing to my channel!
