Pa Vesh En - Catacombs (full album, 2023)

Today I am honoured to unveil the latest release from Belarusian mage of subterranea, Pa Vesh En, with a new work that revisits old rituals from previous demos and eps from 2017-2019, to recant them with a cohesive remastered vision and sonic texture. The dense, harrowing claustrophobia and musty noise of this years’ Martyrs redefines these pieces – some of which where inhospitably raw and cavernous when first summoned into being; but now laced with a more learned magick that enhances their potent clarity while removing nothing of their disorienting atmosphere and intensity. One of the current masters of the form, this is an excellent introduction to the past of this band, while defining where this entity is at this moment.
