Old school wand exercises of the Turner. These iron and exercises were strength and stretch exercises in one today also called stick mobility. The running grips are the very basic. Today 19th cent. gymnastics are sometimes called european yoga. The gymnastic exercises like calistenics those days also done with indian club, dumbbell or wand, are today en vogue and preached by some fitness influencer. Otto Heinrich Jäger did some exercises with weighted sticks for kids, today these are good exercises for us adults and not just physical education for children.
