Where is Phantom Armor In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Near Lake Rutile and in the Tamil River Downstream Cave is a chest that contains the Phantom Armor. A couple monsters are on the ceiling and then you have to avoid/fight some gloom hands and there is a rock wall that you can remove with bomb flower. Up a little hill and you find the chest. Myths abound about armored phantoms that terrorized brave heroes. This piece looks just like the armor they supposedly wore. It’s a rather rare find.
