MUAI - Basic Free Flow (The original Muay Boran, shadowboxing, techniques)

MUAI beginner students (green-belt) learn more that 180 basic techniques. Some of them are similar to modern day Muay Thai (Muay Veti), some of them are already forgotten. All of them need to be integrated into one’s personal fighting style in order to advance.
