Ukraine: Lutsk gunman surrenders, all hostages released

Subscribe to our channel! The gunman who hijacked a bus and took hostages in Lutsk on Tuesday surrendered to the police following an hours-long standoff in the west Ukrainian city. The gunman released three of the hostages after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky fulfilled one of his demands and recorded a short video address and released it online. According to Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, the perpetrator then released the rest of the hostages, came out of the bus, and
