Ingredients:
Yam Paste Filling
1) 300g Yam
2) 50g Purple Sweet Potato
3) 123g sugar
4) 63g oil
Snow Skin mooncake
1) 40g Glutinous Rice Flour
2) 35g Rice Flour
3) 15g Cornstarch
4) 30g Icing Sugar
5) 145g Milk (add 1/4 Pandan/Banana Essence)
6) 30g Oil
7) Gao Fen (Fried Glutinous Rice Flour)
