While the shape of your nose is largely determined by genetics and bone structure, some exercises claim to help improve the appearance of your nose by toning the muscles around it. Although these exercises won’t dramatically change the shape of your nose, they may help you feel more confident. Here are some popular exercises that people believe can help you.

- Place your thumb and index finger on either side of the base of your nose. Gently squeeze and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 6 times.
