Tokyo Ambient Collective: 2nd Album ’Scattered Light’ OUT on the 22nd December, 2021

The light and sound shower through the tree leaves. On the 22nd December, we’ll release ’Scattered Light’, the second album from Tokyo Ambient Collective, an ambient music project established by Tokyo-based international artists; Takahiro Kido, a composer who works as a member of Anoice, RiLF, and Films, Kenji Azuma, a percussionist who plays several kinds of instrument, and Sami Elu, the world’s only player of the pixiechord. This recording session was executed at a Buddhist temple located at the foot of a forest, by the founding members, Takahiro Kido, Kenji Azuma, and Sami Elu, and Yuki Murata, a pianist/composer who is also a member of Anoice, RiLF, and Films. As with their first album, ’Healing for Damages’, it also features songs created from improvisation sessions.
