This video is the super-condensed version of my 10-Minute Yoga Stretch Class for Runners, showing each stretch and leaving it up to you to pause and hold each stretch as long as you want to.

An ideal sequence of leg stretches, hip stretches, and spinal openers to do after a run or stair climbing. Multiple variations given on certain stretches to accommodate for various levels of flexibility. Choose the variation that works best for you and hold as long as works for your body.
After every run, you always want to cool down with a walk before stretching so that the muscles have the opportunity to acclimate to stagnant stretching.
We will hit the calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, spine, and even a bit of shoulders if you’re up for it.
