Primal Movement Follow Along Workout - 20 Minute Session for Core Strength
This is a simple workout that progresses you through a series of ground based movements that build core strength and endurance. The series of primal movements are all bodyweight exercises so no equipment you need is a little bit of room to move around. You can do this workout at home, in the park, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
If youโre a fitness beginner this workout is the perfect intro to everything primal. This is not your average or basic core workout. This session will activate your core in new ways that support better movement and support as you move throughout the day.
Stick with it throughout the whole session and I know youโll feel great and dialed in for the rest of your day!
