From the outside the pocket knife looked completely destroyed, there was rust everywhere and the wooden covers were rotten. After I disassembled it, I could see that the attachments themselves were made of stainless steel and only had surface rust on them. The base plates, on the other hand, were completely destroyed. I remade them from copper sheet. F
