Restoration Antique Round Leather Knife

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. I found this round leather knife at a flea market. This knife is very old with an interesting stamp, if you know what is the stamp, please leave a comment. Well, let’s start restoration. I removed handle from knife and found one more stamp “3“, may be size 3? Then I used rust remover liquid, washed, dried and oiled it. I started the restoration with a knife handle. To remove all the greasy dirt from the handle of the knife. I used a solvent. Next, I washed and dried it. I removed the dirt and debris that got stuck in the cracks of the handle. Next, I primed the handle, filled the cracks with glue and sawdust. The surface of the handle was impregnated with epoxy resin. Next, I polished the handle of the knife and restored a small iron piece of knife. After that, I polished the handle of the knife and soaked it with wax for wood. I cleaned the knife itself from the patina and started polishing. I used sandpapers
