The Lantana Elephants

The lantana elephants created by The Real Elephant Collective (TREC) seek to attract attention to the challenge of controlling the invasive weed Lantana Camara across forests in India and promote elephant conservation, at the same time. This is the making of these life-sized elephant replicas made out of lantana. These elephants were exhibited during the Kochi Bienalle in 2019.
