Here is some footage of the Army Rugby Team being warmed up by Team Captain Jordan Kerman and the coaching staff. This is a RAMP warm up building the players up gradually to best prepare them for their fixture against the Royal Navy. The Army went on to beat a tough Navy side. Warm ups are key mentally and physical and should be planned with great detail to enable the team the ability to perform.
