Turning Plastic Waste into 100% Recycled Tiles ♻️

By popular request we’re showing you our process of making 100% recycled plastic coasters, with a particular focus on how the moulds work. These are made from 100% post-consumer plastic waste that we collect, clean, dry, sort, shred and inject using our injection moulding machine. These could also be used for tiling, which we really want to try in a future video! We’ve had about 20 giant bags of milk bottles sat in our shed for a good few months now, so we thought this would be a good opportunity to shred through the lot of them. For everyone’s sake we didn’t show all of them otherwise this video would have been MUCH longer.
