All Dolled Up- Amazing Pastel Hair Tutorial!

If you wanted to know how I got my rainbow hair from ages ago, this is how! Except this time I’ve applied it with pastel colours. This tutorial gives you a basic rundown on how to mix pastel dyes and colour your own hair or extensions. I used a mixture of dyes by Crazy Color, Directions by La Riche, Special Effects and Fudge.
