I couldn’t stand by it, so I stepped in to defend her and scared him off. However, I grabbed her backpack by mistake, leaving mine behind as I got off the bus. I must confess that I’m no better than my friend, the one who harassed the girl. We both share a shady background, as we used to be thieves. The bus incident was just another typical day for us. As it turned out, her backpack had a tracking device! Not only that, but I was shocked to learn that her father was the Chief of Police. My world was turned upside down.
