We show you how to make keto donuts using both oven & machine method, and they are sugar/gluten-free. Please note the nutritional information will very much depend on the brand of Coconut Flour you use. To that end, I have included the macros for 3 brands of Coconut Flour: Niulife (the brand I use), Trader Joe’s and Anthony’s below the ingredients.
SERVING:
The total weight of your dough should be about 224g. If you’re making large donuts you will get 6 donuts if you use approximately 37g of the dough for each donut.
If you wish to make mini donuts you will be able to make 32 minis if you use 7g of dough for each.
