Customer Feature of the Week - Opto-thermal Optimization with Ansys Mechanical Interoperability
This week’s video discusses the ability to perform a full opto-thermal analysis and optimization by using Ansys Lumerical and Ansys Mechanical together. For example – you can simulate a complete optical HAMR system (i.e., absorption data and transducer) using Ansys Lumerical, and export the data to Ansys Mechanical to obtain transient and steady state thermal response of the system.
