Silat Open Circle : “3 Basic Blocks from Close Crocodile“
: “3 Basic Blocks from Close Crocodile“
In this clip Alvin Guinanao, Chief Instructor of Silat Open Circle - Presents “3 Basic Blocks from Close Crocodile“. Recorded live at his evening class in Burnt Oak, Edgware with his assistant instructor Bhavesh Pancholi.
In this clip you begin to understand how to develop mobility and power in blocking with the use of “gelek“ principle (coiling, twisting motion). Isolating body parts stop bad habits forming and over reaction to opposing strikes. The 3 blocks teaches angles of entries which later on turn into strikes.
Come and experience Silat Open Circle in person at Alvin’s SBL school in Burnt Oak. The class is open to all martial artist of all levels, both male and female.
