Dresden: World War Two bombing 75 years on | ITV News

Seventy five years ago tonight, the bombing of the German city of Dresden was just beginning, in the final year of the second world war. Three days later, tens of thousands of Germans were dead, their city in flames and in ruins. To some historians it was a controversial chapter in the history of the war. Few eye witnesses, or survivors, are still alive. One is British.
