VIDEO 6-3 Lupus chorea. Video shows a 29-year-old woman with acute generalized chorea and encephalopathy as her first presentation of systemic lupus erythematosus. Both chorea and her mental status improved after 3 days of treatment with IV steroids and tetrabenazine 75 mg/d.
