Cryogenic Fluid vs. Egg

I created a bath of sub -100 degree F cryogenic fluid using isopropyl alcohol and dry ice for this Gizmodo article on making cryosphere cocktails I had some left over so I started freezing stuff in it. The raw egg was the most dramatic. For those wondering, the red and blue stuff you see in there are just drops of food coloring I’d put in earlier to see what would happen.
