Join me for this daily ballet stretching routine - a full body ballet deep stretch for flexibility! In this daily ballet stretch routine I will take you through a series of full body deep stretching exercises that will show you how to get more flexible! This 20 minute full body stretch includes everything you need in an everyday ballet stretch routine to increase flexibility in your entire body including the back, hips, hamstrings and calves. It’s great to do every evening after a ballet workout or post ballet class! The stretches should only be performed after a dance class, workout or a vigorous warm up.
