DUBAI - World Climate Action Summit - Arrival of leaders

World leaders arrived in Dubai to attend the World Climate Action Summit organised as part of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The leaders were welcomed by UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and UN Secretary-General Guterres upon their arrival at the venue.
