I’m a slow Turttle but persistent in my approach 🐢🏓😜
It’s totally fine to press pause during this. Not just to take short rest but also to do one excercise longer like the Falkenberg for example;) It’s okay if you’re doing it slow but you can speed up the whole thing if you’re fast.
I was really sore the next day so who does this in one shot - respect!
I think it’s a great way to work on your footwork and once we really get to practice again we will be happy that we made this workout at home!;)
