How to edit your GYM PHOTOS!

Alright, here’s how I turned this into this in lightroom. Start by cropping your photo, then click on masking, hit the plus and select subject, then hit this square circle button in the corner to select the background, click on color and drop the temperature to -30, then click on light and adjust the exposure, contrast, highlights, and shadows to what you see on the screen. Then hit the check in the bottom right, click on masking again, hit the plus and select subject, then under light, adjust the exposure, contrast, highlights, and shadows, then click on effects, max out the texture and bring clarity to 5, then click on detail, increase the sharpness to 35 and hit the check in the bottom right. Then click on masking again and this time add a radial gradient, somewhat of around this size, place it over your head, and increase the exposure to 1.7. And finally scroll over to effects and drop vignette all the way down, and that is it really simple, and honestly probably one of my favorite edits of my physiqu
