Muscle Building Kettlebell And Bodyweight At Home Workout
This is variation of a workout if you only have a kettlebell and bodyweight and your focus is not only fat loss but you also want to build some lean muscle even though you can only do things at home with little equipment. Here the focus is more time under tension.
This is the circuit. You’re going to be working for 50-60 seconds per exercise, rest 20-30 seconds in between exercises and 2 minutes in between rounds of circuits.
