Yoga Exercises with the Child and Low Lunge Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing an “easy“ pose and do some warm up exercises. From there, I will do a “hero“ pose and do some arm stretches. Next, I will do a “cat“ pose and arch my back. I will then transition into a “child“ pose. I will then return to doing the “cat“ pose. The next exercise, I will do a “low lunge“. This will really stretch your legs. After the exercise routine, always remember to do some cool down exercises.
