"Our Monday Date" Louis Armstrong Big Band 1939

Here is a good recording of an old favorite by Louis Armstrong Big band from 1939. This is a good recording by Louis Armstrong’s Orchestra. What is interesting is these Decca recordings of Armstrong’s big band from 1936 to 1945 came out on an expensive box set on the Mosaic label that now sells for $200 and up on eBay. It has 7 cd’s. The same recordings plus an extra 3 cds are in a box set called Louis Armstrong Portrait Past Perfect 24 Carat Gold Edition that I bought for $10 on eBay. Or 1/20th the cost of the Mosaic set plus with 3 additional cds and a 40 page booklet included.
