10 Years of Star Citizen

Referral code: STAR-DRWB-3GMV In primis, apologies for my voice. Spring → Pollen → Allergy, and the first week/10d are a pain. I have re-recorded bits and pieces, but the overall quality is meh. Not that usually is really much better anyway. This is my take on a game I have been following since the Kickstarter campaign. Contrary to my usual content, there are no numbers or maths here, so I started by mentioning a bit of my background working in IT for 20 years, as this makes understanding the development process a bit better. Especially, it makes certain aspects often criticised simpler to grasp, such as the setbacks, or refactoring and improving a feature multiple times. For simplicity’s sake, I kept the technical considerations to the minimum. Obviously, many issues have other origins, some could have been avoided, others are structural and part of the quick expansion of the company in the first few years. I collected all the footage you see on screen through the years, I forgot how it looked like in 2013!
