Learn How to Make the Best Bruschetta with homemade Pesto and Burrata!
In this video, you’ll learn how to make the perfect Bruschetta with a delicious homemade pesto and creamy Burrata cheese. This easy appetizer or main course is perfect for any Italian meal, and it will be a hit with your guests!
And here is the recipe 👇
🥣Ingredients:
Bread
Rocket salad
Burrata
Sundried tomatoes
Basil leaves
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
For pesto:
40g pine nuts
40g Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
60g of fresh basil
1/2 cup of olive oil (120ml)
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
⁃ Add all ingredients for pesto in a blender and mix it until well combined, store it in an airtight container, a glass jar is perfect (you can store it in a fridge for a week)
⁃ Slice as many bread pieces as you want and grill them or fry in a pan with some olive oil, once ready rub with a garlic clove each slice.
⁃ Start to make your bruschetta by adding all the ingredients:
1. Rocket salad
2. Burrata
3. Salt and pepper
4. Pesto
5. Sundried tomatoes
6. Balsamic vinegar
7. Basil leaves
