then you call (then I call) I pick up (you pick up) and your voice pulls me back in again . . . so it may not be drivers license by olivia rodrigo but I guess this is my contribution to the driving inspired edits that have been everywhere lately lmao this song popped up on my spotify discover weekly playlist a couple weeks ago and it just instantly screamed dair to me. I have this thing (especially when I’m vidding dair) where I start to go crazy trying to include every little moment and parallel and then I get frustrated when there’s no room for everything, so once I reminded myself that it’s impossible to fit everything in a 3 minute edit I tried to focus on: 1) dan’s journey falling for blair 2) the way they escaped to each other’s worlds and formed their own 3) dan being there for blair no matter what terms they are on (and blair realizing that) I tried out some new (to me) effects with this one because I think the song called for some spice. hope you like it! :) link to like/reblog on tumblr: htt
