Cab ride on a very large model train layout in HO scale

This model train layout in HO scale was installed in a former railway museum in Germany. Then, the whole model railway layout was restored, and the train control was converted from analog technology to digital technology. Today, this display is one of many model railroad layouts at the largest model railway exhibition in Southern Germany. Totally, there are 126 model trains in action. A lot of the electric trains, steam trains and diesel trains are parked inside of the fiddle yards. The whole display has a length of 50 meters and varies in width from 1.6 meters to 2.2 meters.
