ESO Werewolf Bug

Playing ESO when a wild bug appeared! Best I can tell this happened when I transformed into a werewolf while stunned by a mob or something. Perma wolf mode... with a twist. All my normal abilities, no werewolf abilities, kills dont count towards leveling it up. And then... the horse.
