Just a demonstration of the game of Hide ’N’ Seek Lillian plays with you in No Way Out. The first half is what happens when you can’t find a place to hide: you get killed!
The second half shows you how to win: find a place to hide before she counts down to one. This can also work by hiding in the bus, so I’m told. I’m not sure if dropping the candle had any effect though.
Winning Lillian’s game gets you the Hide ’N’ Seek achievement on Steam.
