Exploring ABANDONED Oak Hollow Mall | Everything Left Behind

MY NEW PATREON PAGE👉 This is Oak Hollow mall, located in High Point, North Carolina, and this is a true time capsule stuck in the year 2017. This mall opened on August 9th of 1995 and was full of the hustle and bustle throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. It was a progressive and vibrant place, but things would take a turn for the worst as signs of decline and economic downturns were evident at the time. Business got to be awful that the mall eventually sold to High Point University in 2011 for 9 million dollars. The university wanted to keep the mall running for the time being, but anchor stores like sears and Belk were first to leave, and just like the game of Domino, one store would collapse, and the rest would follow, leaving the mall mostly vacant towards the end of its life. In January 2017, Highpoint University announced that the mall doors would close on March 10th, 2017, and it did just that. So here I am in march of 2022, and I can’t help myself. I have to see what they left behind. So I ask you to join me to see what they left inside.
