John Warhurst, the supervising sound and music editor working on the film, mixed thousands of fans’ recordings together to create part of the crowd singing during the live performance scene in the movie. Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet.
