PWI - Assassin New Skill - Toxic Torrent

Been meaning to make this video for a while, but got busy with a few things. This skill is actually decent. It hits as much as an auto attack, but it’s a frontal arc AoE, similar to the BM’s Fan of Blades skill. It’s another attack that hits more than 1 target for a sin, so I’m happy with that.
