Virginia | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

When Virginia first came out I was very excited to play it since the trailer made it out to be a story driven investigation inspired by works like Twin Peaks. I love myself some detective games so this seemed right up my alley! Unfortunately when I played the game it was not what I expected, or wanted, at all and was a more artistic non-linear storytelling with quick cuts and jumps rather than an actual investigation game. I honestly was quite disappointed when I first played the game and had never looked back at it since. But as we want to archive as many games as we can here on this channel I decided to take the plunge once more and see if I could enjoy this game a bit more than I did way back when. And honestly I did. I still prefer a more traditional detective game and storytelling, but from what I could tell this game tells the story of a newly assigned FBI agent who gets sent to a little town where a young boy has gone missing.
