using the free network app you can unlock the moto e to work with gsm. the settings are locked to 1 sim. you can remove the sim and restart the phone with the sim in or out of the phone and the settings stick. if you change the sim to any other sim even if it’s the same carrier then you need to do this again. the good part is that you can do it all from the phone without the need for a computer. the phone is factory unlocked but verizon turns off the antennas. thanks to the guys at XDA developers for all th
